Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy-

-We have a 30 day return and exchange policy. We will accept returns or items to be exchanged post marked within 30 days from the date of sale. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges. 

-We will accept returns for the buyers cost of the item, excluding shipping fees, after the item has been returned to us, in the same condition that was sent to the buyer.

-When returned in the same condition as received, we can exchange an item if the same item is available. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping fee of the replacement item.

- All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Great River Surplus.
